Dr. Philip Smeltzer from The Medical University of South Carolina demonstrates an interactive simulation that helps physicians adopt a population health mindset.
In this webinar we hear about the fascinating interactive simulation used to train physicians in the principles of population health and to influence healthcare leaders to hire non-MDs into clinical care teams.
By allowing decision makers to experiment with staffing levels, they can see the effects of hiring decisions on clinical outcomes.
